A: Well, a complete quotation includes mold cost and product price, based on your inquiry such as:
1. 3D drawings; 2. Materials & Application; 3.Surface Finishing; 4. Quantity; 5. Pantone Color; 6. Other requirements such as packing, shipping and so on.
Q: How is the procedure of custom order?
A: You send custom drawing(better 3D file) or sample to us, we estimate and offer you mold cost and product, you confirm the quotation, we design and make mold and samples, and then send the sample for your approval, and start mass production after you approve the sample.
Q: What is your sample policy?
A: The mold cost covers 1 or 2 pieces of free samples, but you need to pay the freight.If you need more samles, we can provide with extra charge.
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on your order quantity and products,usually it takes 10-30 days after the sample confirmed.
Q: What kind of shipping method can I choose? How about the shipping time?
A:By air: it will take 5-7 workdays; By sea: it will take 20-50 days.
Q: How do you pack the goods?
A:: Wrap with PE film, then protect with PE foam in between products, at last pack in carton boxes or wooden boxes.
Q: What is the surface finishing of your products?
A: Smooth, Matt, Glossy, Textured, Painting, or customized.
Q: How can I know the status of my order?
A: We will keep you closely informed about the process of the production with pictures or videoes, to ensure all issues are
resolved prior to the delivery of goods. If everything goes smooth,we shall send out the goods immediately, meanwhile you will get the tracking number right away.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: 50% prepaid, and balance paid before shipment.
