Product Description
The PDLC film is a new type of electronic light control product. The electronically controlled smart film device is a liquid crystal/polymer hybrid material injected between two transparent conductive films. Without the effect of an electric field, the electronically controlled smart film is in Opaque state.
When alternating current is applied, the liquid crystal molecules are arranged in an orderly manner. At this time, the electro-dimmable film changes from an opaque state (OFF state) to a transparent state (ON state). Through the action of an electric field, a fast transition from on-state to off-state, off-state to on-state can be realized. Technical index:
1) It appears milky white under power-off conditions (off state), and is colorless and transparent when energized (on state). 2) The light transmittance in the open state is not less than 75%, and the light transmittance in the off state is not more than 2%
3) The viewing angle is not less than 140 degrees
4) Working voltage is 18-75V (AC 50/60 Hz)
5) Response time: off state (OFF state) → open state (ON state) less than 5ms, open state (ON state) → off state (OFF state) less than 50ms
6) Power consumption: 5W/m2
7) Size: Standard size is 2600mm*900mm, other sizes can be customized according to customer requirements
8) Working temperature is -20oC-60oC
9) The service life is greater than 50000 hours
