These almighty noodles are made from a blend of non-elastic wheat produced in multiple countries. Made with an original manufacturing method, these springy, resilient noodles won't overwhelm the flavor of the broth and are the standard for Japanese shoyu ramen. These noodles have 50% less carbs than regular noodles. They are also rich in fiber, and are the standard for Japanese shoyu ramen. (Cooking time approximately 200 seconds.
