This production line whose technology and main equipments provided from MANNESMANN DEMAG,SIEMENS and American ITAM uses advanced near-net-shape beam blank continuous casting technology and“universal-edging universal”rolling line arrangement and tandem rolling new technology, universal roughing mill group of small tension control technology of tandem rolling.The size range of H-beam covers 200~800 mm, its capacity is 1.1 million tons one year.

This line is China's first international most advanced small and medium-sized continuous rolling production line of hot rolled light and thin-wall H-beam. This H-beam production line uses square billet or near-net-shape continuous casting beam blank.The current H-beam product specification range is 100 - 400 mm, its designed capacity is 600 thousand tons one year.
Light H beams
This production line uses square billet or near-net-shape continuous casting beam blank, its designed capacity is 600 thousand tons one year, of which channel steel 340 thousand tons ,angle 160 thousand tons and other types of steel 100 thousand tons, H-beam product specifications range of 100 - 250 mm, channel 100 - 250 mm, angle 90 - 180 mm
Jumbo H beams
The 1-1-3 rolling mill layout with 2 BD mill and UR-E-UR tandem mill and large door-type straightener apply to jumbo hot-rolled H-beam production line. Advanced process and technology such as near-net-shape beam blank continuous casting technology, micro tension control technology of tandem universal rolling mills and QST technology is applied to the line.The key technology and equipment in which adopts automatic computer control system is introduced from foreign. The line with advanced level in contemporary international has design annual production capacity of 80,0000 tons.
