Q:What is your MOQ?
A:For regurlar material,the minimum order quantity is based on 100 SQM.
Q:Can you load different color and size in one container.
A:Yes,for one material,we can load max four different color ,different size is acceptable.
Q:What is your delievery time?
A:The time of delivery is about 15-20 working days after receiving the deposit.
Q:What is your payment terms?
A:T/T (30% in advance before manufacturing,70% balance before loading).
Q:How about the samples?
A:Free samples for customer to check the quality, going by containers or air-freight cost paid by customer.
Q:Are your quartz factories in China or Vietnam?
A: We have quartz factories in both China and Vietnam. D ue to the anti-dumping policy, the tariffs are extremely high if importing quartz stone from China to USA, so we have built our own quartz factory in Vietnam which c overs an area of 30,000 sqm. Our quartz factory was equipped with G-VI, the first-class automated production lines, for manufacturing quartz slabs, which can assure quality and on-time delivery. Current production capacity is 80 containers per month for quartz slabs and 30~40 containers per month for quartz cut to size & hospitality products. There is no tariff to import quartz products from Vietnam to USA thus saving lots of cost and avoiding the risk of anti-dumping. Apart from US market, we ship quartz products from China.
