Finally we came up with this shape how to make the grilled surface wider, deeper, and lighter.
This product is called "fu-ga".
<Overwhelming size>
The size is clear compared to the conventional pans (about 25% wider). You can grill a lot in one time and cook comfortably.
The bottom is designed to be easy to fry at a gentle angle, making it less likely to stick when washing.

It is a depth that is useful for various cooking that is easy to boil and simmer (about 5 mm deeper).

The bottom shape has been made into two stages to reduce weight (about 5% or more lighter).
