1. PLC touch screen 3 axes fully automatic surface and plunge grinding system
2. Column is enlarged double walled and ribbed for maximum strength and stability for heavy duty grinding.
3. Table, saddle and base are high grade cast iron.
4. Enlarged spindle is supported by 4 preloaded class 7 ultra precision angular contact bearings.
5. Both vertical and cross are double vee with longitudinal one vee and flat. Slide ways are Turcite "B" coated for friction free table movement.
6. Automatic lubrication system insures all slideways and ball screws are lubricated to eliminate wear.
7. Cross Feed is equipped with precision ball screws.
8. Proximity switch for safe machine operation.
