Soap Cutting Machine Introduction

This machine has two functions: first , it is used to trim the soap block surface , so
that the soap can be flat. Second, the machine cut the big soap block into small soap bar one time. No need to cut the soap many
times. The soap is made by pouring soap raw liquid into the box or trays , after cooling, the soap liquid will become the solid
soap block. The user just need to put the block onto the machine, the machine will cut the soap block into small bars
automatically.

Machine pusher --- push the big raw soap block move forward to the cutting device postion.

Trimming blade--- this part is used to trim the raw soap big block surface, so that the final soap surface can be flat.

Black hand wheel--- this hand wheel is the trimming blade height adjuster, it can be adjust to get different trimming thickness according to customer needs.

Wire cutting device--- this part cut the trimmed soap block into several same size soap strip. then wait for the straight blade to do next step process.

Straight cutting blade--- this balde is the final cutting device to cut the long strip soap into soap bars one by one evenly, cut them into same size. The drive device all is servo drive, so the cutting size is exact same.
