Product Description
Compound crusher has a wide range of applications. It is used for crushing hard materials such as shale, glass, ceramics, blue stone and metal ore. It has high crushing ability and its compressive strength is less than 140 MPa and humidity is less than 15%.
Working Principle
The material is added to the feed hopper and falls on the dump plate by centrifugal force to throw the material to the counterattack plate and is violently impacted, so that the material is broken or cracked, and then the material enters the cone rotor cavity, is hit by the hammer head, and again impacts with the counterattack plate, while the material flow colliding with each other, and is spiraled down in the cavity. The material is gradually broken from large to small after being hit, impacted, cut and squeezed, and then the material falls into the lower dump tray and the cylindrical rotor cavity, so that the material is further broken until it is broken into the desired particle size.
