SC HYDRAULIC SHEARS/ HYDRAULIC CRUSHERS

Now SC DEMOLITION CUTTERS separated to two serials, one is DEMOLITION CRUSHERS /pulverizer, mainly for crushing building concrete on demolition applications. According to different excavator weight and different working environment, there is many different jaw designs for your choose. Another serial is HYDRAULIC SHEAR, which can handle everything from structural steel to mixed scrap, tire on salvage recycling yard . Especially, we design the VEHICLE CUTTER for dismantle scrap cars with cutting cable, pipe, I-beam, and more.Both serials, we supply a wide range of models to suit all your processing needs!

A type

Designed with small hydraulic machines in mind. Can be supplied to fit skid loaders, mini excavators and loader booms . The weight is light and smart, very suitable for domestic demoliton working.

B type

This type optimally design suitable for primary demolition and secondary reduction of concrete structures or recycling operation. It efficiently separate rebar from concrete in the secondary reduction stage.

C type

Two special design cylinders make it more powerful. Concrete crushing forces increase when jaws meet resistance, as the exclusive heavy duty cylinder intensifier converts flow to pressure.We designed teeth type as below photo which extend the service life and can change teeth easily.

A type

This type entirely covered by the blade. This accentuates the operating and maintenance performances of the shear.It is efficient and can handle everything from structural steel to mixed scrap.

B type

Two special design cylinders make the shear more powerful. Full 360° power rotation with large jaw opening. Cutting edges and bits can be exchanged by the customer himself.

C type Vehicle cutter

Special design for dismantle vehicles, long mouth can clamp the steel closely and avoiding falling, flatting the steel for easy cutting. The sharp teeth can tear the driving plate. Full 360° power rotation with large jaw opening. Cutting edges can be exchanged by the customer himself.
