HEATING INSTRUCTION :
To heat by microwave:
• Start with a clean, dry ,room temperature pack.
• Wrap pack in moist cloth or paper towel, and place pack in the center of clean microwave turntable (not touching the sides).
• Heat in microwave for specified time:

Heat: Microwave pack for 2min 30 Seconds. For more heat, you may heat for tow additional 30 seconds intervals. Do not exceed a total of 5 min when heating. |

Reheat: Microwave pack for 30 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached. Do not exceed a total of 5 min when heating. |
Reheat: Microwave pack for 20 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached. Do not exceed a total of 5 min when heating. |
For safety, microwave on high for 1 min 30s the very first time you use the wrap.
If not hot enough, microwave for 2 min the next time, then 2min 30s , then 3:00, then 3 min 30s (max heating time).
Allow your wrap to cool to room temp before heating again.
Caution : Heating longer than recommended may result in physical injury or damage to your microwave.
When removing from the microwave, the pack may be very hot. If it too hot for your skin, set it aside until cooled sufficiently
for comfortable application. Always try the pack temperature by hand before any application.
