Interface and Operation
Confirm key: confirm current interface parameter setting and view current interface parameter;
Selection key: parameter change, selection;
Conversion key: password switch, cursor movement.
When the instrument is powered on, it automatically enters the measuring state:
1. in the automatic measurement state, the instrument automatically completes each measurement function and displays the corresponding measurement data.
2. in the automatic measurement state, switch the display content.
Press "confirm key" on the main interface to show total forward, total reverse, total sum value;
Click "select key" on the main interface, valve status, cumulative time, version number, ID, time, percentage, sampling value, excitation value, empty tube value, instantaneous flow rate, sum value total, reverse total, forward total cycle display;
Press convert key to enter password interface, press convert key to move cursor and select number through select key (user password :01000), enter password and press OK key to enter parameter setting option. Select the parameter interface you need to set by pressing OK.
Transport, storage and maintenance
In order to prevent the electromagnetic Flowmeter from being damaged during transportation, the electromagnetic Flowmeter should be placed according to the sign during transportation, not directly affected by rain, frost, fog, and should not be damaged by extrusion, impact, etc. Before arriving at the installation site, please keep the packing state when the manufacturer shipped.
When stored, the height of the product pad from the ground should not be less than 0.3 m, the distance from the four walls should not be less than 1 m, the distance from the heating equipment should not be less than 2 m. Products should be stored in a ventilation room with a temperature of 0℃~40℃ and a relative humidity of not more than 85%, and the indoor air should not contain corrosive harmful media. Strong electromagnetic field action and direct sunlight should be prevented.
Storage of used sensors shall first remove dirt and measured media attached to the lining and electrode surface. Regular electrode, lining cleaning, cleaning.

Installation precautions of electromagnetic flowmeter
One. Requirements for the external environment
1. The electromagnetic flowmeter should be installed in a place where the temperature changes greatly or the equipment is exposed to high temperature radiation. If it must be installed, it must be insulated and ventilated.
2. The electromagnetic flowmeter is best installed indoors. If it must be installed outdoors, it should avoid rainwater pouring, flooded water and sun exposure, and moisture and sun protection measures must be taken;
3. The electromagnetic flowmeter should be avoided to be installed in the environment containing corrosive gas. When it must be installed, there must be ventilation measures;
4. In order to facilitate the installation, maintenance and maintenance, ample installation space is required around the flowmeter;
5. The installation place of the electromagnetic flowmeter should avoid magnetic fields and strong vibration sources. If the pipeline has a large vibration, there should be fixed pipeline supports on both sides of the flowmeter.
Installation method
1. It should be installed at the lower part of the horizontal pipeline and vertically upwards, avoiding the installation at the highest point of the pipeline and vertically downwards;
2. It should be installed on the rise of the pipeline;
3. Install in the open discharge pipeline, it should be installed in the lower part of the pipeline;
4. If the pipe drop exceeds 5m, install an exhaust valve downstream of the sensor;
5. Control valves and shut-off valves should be installed downstream of the sensor, not upstream of the sensor;
6.The sensor must not be installed at the inlet and outlet of the pump, it should be installed at the outlet of the pump.
Requirements for straight pipe sections
Upstream is 10 times the pipe diameter and downstream is 5 times the pipe diameter.
