Belt vulcanising machine, also known as electrically heated belt vulcanising machine, is the vulcanising equipment for conveyor belt. The machine is made of lightweight aluminium alloy material, which has the features of small volume, light weight of single piece, easy disassembling and assembling, and suitable for manpower moving. At the same time, it has the characteristics of fast heating, even temperature, high thermal efficiency, etc. It is a kind of rubber belt jointing equipment for rubber belt joints of conveyor machinery.
The vulcanising machine is small in size and light in weight, powered by ordinary three-phase power supply, with even temperature of hot plate, even pressure supplied by water pressure system (1-2mpa), equipped with light and fully-automatic electric control box, and the connection between the electric control box and the main machine is completed by integrated plug-in and multi-core cable, which is convenient in operation and reliable in work.
Our vulcanising machine is widely used in metallurgy, mining, power plant port, building materials, chemical industry and other non-explosive gases around and enough to corrode the metal of the harmful gas occasions of the canvas, nylon, steel rope core transport tape on-site vulcanising adhesive joints, but also for anti-corrosion and heat-resistant and other special properties of the tape vulcanisation joints.
