APPLICATIONS

—Adhesive for acrylic to glass, acrylic to acrylic, acrylic to photo paper and PP paper.

— Updated applications: adhesive for acrylic to PET film, acrylic to PVC film, PET film to PVC film, acrylic to PVC board and KT foam board, acrylic to melamine board.

APPLICATION METHOD

— Ensure the materials for adhesive that one is transparent and its surfaces should be dry and no grease.

— Paint the UV glue on the surface and press the materials to squeeze bubbles. Radiate the adhesive parts with proper wave length and energy UV light or high pressure mercury lamp. Keep 10cm distance between adhesive parts and light.

— Keep pressing tight while bonding. The thinner gap it has, the better curing strength it gets, which can avoid bubbles.

— After 30s UV exposing, the excessive glue can be removed using knife or dry soft cloth or dry tissue. It takes 2-3min for UV curing to complete solidification after excessive glue removed.

— The UV glue should be stored sealed and avoid sunlight, UV ray and artificial light source from causing poly-reaction.

— The curing time depends on the strength of the UV ray, the distance between ray source and glue line, the depth of glue line and the light transmittance of substrate. Please adjust the curing time according to the specific situation.

— The activity of UV glue may be influenced by temperature. Please prolong the curing time in a low temperature.

WARNING

— UV glue is chemical product. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.

— Please wash the skin with soap water if the skin touches the glue and the wash contaminated clothes immediately before wearing. UV glue has light irritation to eyes and skin. Please rinse with water if glue accidentally splash into the eye and seek medical advise.

— Wear gloves and mask while operating.

— Only for industry application.
