Products Description

QD model overhead crane with hook is mainly used in inside workshop. it is divided into two workingclasses: A5 and A6 according to the use grade and load-up condition.
There are three kinds of method for entering the platform of cab from the side, from the end and from thetop.
The cab can be either fixed at the left end or at the right end.
Safe slide wire or angle iron can be used for electric conduction of the crane; it can be either at the oppo.

The Main Girder

The main girder is a box-shaped structure on the track. The section of the main girder is systematically analyzed and calculated using ANSYS finite element calculation method to ensure that it has sufficient strength, rigidity and overall stability.

End Carriages

The end carriages are the box-shaped structure, and the connection between the end carriages and the main girders is the rigid connection. In order to facilitate transportation, the end carriages are disconnected and connected by high-strength bolts.
Differents
LH-type hoist trolley double girder overhead cranes and QD-type winch trolley double girder overhead cranes are two types that can meet the lifting requirements of hooks in most working conditions. Double girder overhead cranes can also be equipped with different lifting devices and trolley designs, suitable for customized solutions in different industries.
