Ise-no-Kuni Matcha is made from hikicha (powdered green tea) plucked from the scenic tea fields at the foot of the Suzuka Mountains in Mie Prefecture, situated in the middle of Japan.
[Usage]
● Enjoy as matcha
① Add 2g of matcha and pour 70-100CC of approx. 80℃ hot water.
② Stir with a tea spatula to prevent lumps from forming.
● Mix with regular or soy milk and enjoy
● Great for making sweets.
