Q1:Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are manufacturer, and our factory was founded in 2006. Providing customized CNC milling. CNC turning, stamping, plastic injection, high precision wire EDM services etc.
Q2:How can you ensure the quality?
A: We have QC department to control the quality from raw material to finished product. And quality Inspection report will be sent ogether with each shipment.
Q3:How long is your delivery time?
A: Normally, sample order 5-7days, trial order 10-15days and mass production will be negotiated.
Q4:What drawings format you need for production?
A: 2D, 3D both available. 2D like PDF, CAD, JPG etc. 3D like STP,IGS, STL, SAT,PRTIPT etc.
Q5:Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we offer free sample but the freight cost will be born by customer.
Q6:What is your terms of payment ?
A: TT 30% deposit and balance before loading and if cargo value less than 5000USD, 100% deposit.
Q7:What is the MOQ?
A: Our minimum order is 1-10000 pieces.
