Product Description
Hot-rolled steel is steel that is rolled at very high temperatures, over 1700, which is above the recrystallization temperature of most steel. This makes the steel easier to shape, resulting in products that are easier to machine. According to the processing technology: it can be divided into hot-rolled steel plates and cold-rolled steel plates.
The hot-rolled steel plate uses rolled steel slab or rough-rolled slab as raw material. It is heated by a walking furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then enters the rough rolling mill. The rough-rolled material is cut and tailed and then enters the finishing mill. Controlled rolling, after the final rolling, it has passed through laminar flow cooling and coiler coiling and becomes a straight hair coil.
After the straight hair coil is processed by cutting head, tail, edge, and multi-pass straightening, leveling, and other finishing lines, it is then cut or recoiled to become: a hot-rolled steel plate, flattened hot-rolled steel coil, Slitting belt, and other commodities. It is mainly used in the production and manufacture of steel structures, road bridges, boats, and vehicles.
