Product Introduction
DG5412 is a modified organism of Diphenyl methane diisocyanate(MDI) which has higher functionality isocyanate. It is mainly
used for producing cold cure high rebound foam, which applies to furnitures, toys, automobiles and other fields.

Attentions:
1DG5412 can easily react with water to produce insoluble urea compounds and release carbon dioxide, resulting in high
pressure of the drums and higher viscosity. Therefore, during the storage process, ensure the container sealed
and dry and fill dry nitrogen gas.
2Storage under low temperature below 10could lead to crystallize, prevent form freeze. When there is crystal, heat it at
70-80 as soon as possible so that it can melt, then stir it enough and to be cooled before use. The melting temperature does not
need to exceed 80.
3Storage under high temperature could lead to produce insoluble substance resulting high viscosity, so this product can not be
stored under high temperature.
4If there are red-brown solid grain, use it after filter and ensure the packing sealed, fill dry nitrogen gas to protect
if allowed.
Safe Protection:
DG5412 have low toxicity when inhalation and touching skin. Due to low volatility, its toxicity is
little when short time exposure under normal conditions. However, DG5412 is still isocyanate compounds, it could moderately
stimulate eyes and slight stimulate skin and cause skin irritation.
In order to avoid to touch skin directly and splash into eyes ,operate carefully and wear the necessary
protection equipment (gloves, goggles, labour suit and so on).Once splash into eyes and touch skin, immediately washing eyes using
lots of flowing water and washing skin using soap. If swallow, seek medical care immediately.
