In case of Low battery
There will low battery warming alarm when the voltage is below 4.8V. After that, the lock can be unlocked 200 times.
In case of dead battery
You can use keys to open the door in case of dead battery, there is also a 9V backup power terminal at the bottom of the plate, use a 9V battery outside can also make it work in case of dead battery.
Fail to program
Please reset the lock first (the reset button is near the battery case), then reprogram it.
