RE:of course,professional designers will help with artwork after you offer the LOGO.

5. What's the trade term and payement term?

RE:100%or 50% of the total value to be paid before before production.Accept Alibaba trade insurrance,T/T,WU,Paypal & Cash.Can be negociated.

6. May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?

RE:Yes. Contact with our sales for sample details.

7. What about the lead time?

RE:It depends on the products. Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.

8. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

RE:Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking Number. one day after shipping.

9. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?

Re:DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX,BY sea,ect. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery.10 to 30 workdays by sea.

10. How do you compute the shipping charges?

RE:We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W. when quote.

11. Do you have MOQ?

Re:Normally,our MOQ IS 1000pcs,but it is also based on the customer's request.
