1,3-Bis(3-glycidoxypropyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane, ChangFu® BEP12 is a colorless or light yellowish transparent liquid. It has a dual-end epoxy functional group. Through the curing reaction of epoxy group, it can introduce the Si-O-Si- structure into the curing network and effectively exert the electrical insulation properties of silicone structures. It can significantly lower the viscosity of casting resins and enhance the electrical and mechanical properties for electronic and electrical materials. It is also workable for the preparation of ternary copolymerized silicone oils.
