Of course, we are a professional watch manufacturer, we offer over 300 styles watch for choose, you just need to offer your logo,
we could make them on the dial, crown, buckle, strap, cover.
We want to make a new watch design by our team, is it OK?
Of course no problem, we could make a new mold for case, and we could offer different hand and dial for you.
How long is OEM watch sample lead time? How long is watch bulk production lead time?
If stainless steel watch, 30-40 days for OEM sample, 40-50 days for bulk; and total new watch need more time for the mold.
Does our watch meet Europe & USA standard?
Sure, all watches we produced can pass RoHS, REACH, CA65 standard.
How shall we guarantee customer design non-disclosed?
We fully respect our customer’s rights of privacy, confidentiality & intellectual property. We can sign NDA with you while we
start any new watch projects. Meanwhile, our watch factory 24 hours with CCTV camera, also all workers & visitor can not take any photos while they enter into workshop.
How long is watch quality warranty? What will you do if there is any quality issue?
We guarantee watch quality 24 months from the date we ship to you. If there is quality problems, we can either send spare parts for customer to repair, or you can send back defective ones for us to repair.
How shall we guarantee high-end Quality?
We always put the watch quality in the first place. Quality control & inspection during every stage of production. All watch parts will be 100% checked the appearance, and the function will be checked by AQL standard. And half-finished watch will be 100% checked the appearance & function two times. Then complete watches will 100% check the appearance & function again.
How about our After Sales Service?
Gotop Watches takes pride in being able to offer its clients an efficient and reliable after-sales service worthy of the quality
of the products we manufacture.We have 2 fully after-sales service departments, where repairs are normally turned around within 7-10 working days. Or we can also send spare parts for you to repair in your local place.
