Free Proofs
After ordering custom stickers, custom magnets, or custom decals, free proofs for your products will be sent within 24 hours of purchase. They are sent to the email address that is associated with payment for the order. You must reply with confirmation of the proof to begin the printing process. We will not print a design unless you're satisfied with the proof.
Do you have Samples available?
We encourage you to order samples before mass production to confirm the details and quality of your design are required. but the customized design sample is not free, we offer the customized sample at $20 for one design with a standard shipping cost of $30, and if you just need a sample by pictures, the shipping cost need not pay. note that sample orders are limited to three pieces of sticker for each design .
When will receive my order ?
As long as you approve your artwork and finalize payment, production will begin the following day, for normal order production is 3-7days ,after artwork approval and payment.
However,the delivery time may vary depending on a different location, quantity, and shipping methods.
I don’t see what I need on your site, does that mean you can’t produce it?
