Waterproofing hydrophobic nano coating spray for fabric
Easy Coating : is a revolutionary non-toxic super-hydrophobic Nano coating that can be applied as a transparent spray or liquid dip to natural and synthetic textiles. Unlike other hydrophobic fluorocarbon based textile coatings, DTS is breathable, bio-compatible, completely inert and food safe. In laboratory testing, our textile coating achieved 150 degree super-hydrophobic contact angles on natural and synthetic textiles. In addition, DTS is resistant to harsh detergents and demonstrates excellent self-cleaning properties with continuous performance up to 30 washes.
DTS is only 100-150 nm in thickness (approximately 800 times thinner than a human hair). DTS can be applied to fabrics such as: Cotton, Canvas, Suede/Leather Corduroy, Flannel, Poplin, Sailcloth, Sateen, Terry Cloth, Wool, Linen, Fleece or to synthetic textiles such as: Nylon, Polyester, Gore-Tex, Microfiber, Acetate, Acrylic, Latex, Rayon, Polylines, Olefin, Polypropylene, Spandex, and many more.
In Addition, our Nano coating has been shown to greatly reduce the growth of bacteria on a treated material. In a recent test by Micro star Labs, and independent testing facility, two samples of textile material (one canvas, one cotton) were treated with DTS. After 24 hours of exposure to Klebsiella Pneumonia and Staphylococcus Aurous (AATCC test Method 100-2012), DTS coated canvas and cotton samples showed an average reduction of 99.96% in bacterial growth compared to a non-coated control sample.
For performance testing, we use the American Association of textile chemists and colorists(AATCC) method 22-2010 – Water Repellency Spray Test. Depending on the material being tested, DTS Nano coated fabrics received a score between 80&100 indicating minimal to no wetting or sticking to the various textile surfaces.

An original design manufacturer (ODM) is a company which designs and manufactures a product which is specified and eventually branded by another firm for sale. Such companies allow the brand firm to produce (either as a supplement or solely) without having to engage in the organization or running of a factory. ODMs have grown in size in recent years and many are now sufficient in size to handle production for multiple clients, often providing a large portion of overall production. A primary attribute of this business model is that the ODM owns and/or designs in-house the products that are branded by the buying firm. This is in contrast to a contract manufacturer (CM).
Since inception, we have established a large network of manufacturers that can fulfill virtually any product in any industry. Our local office in the United States and world everywhere has been designed to coordinate quick quotes, provide constant updates, and track all data needed to communicate with and expedite all client orders ensuring a smooth transition from placement of orders to delivery, while avoiding the inconvenience and complexities for our customers of dealing directly with factories overseas.
