2. Double-acting Drawing Hydraulic Press machine is mainly used in sheet drawing, bending, forming and other processes. It can
also be used in plastic pressing, cold extrusion bending, forming correction and pressing. The blank holder cylinder of the double-acting hydraulic press can be used as a buffer device, as well as for blanking and punching. The working pressure of each chamber can be adjusted separately under the pressure set by the system. In order to ensure the quality of drawing and blank holder, the pressure retaining system of blank holder cylinder is added.
3. The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke of the double-acting hydraulic press can be adjusted within the prescribed range according to the need.
4. Double-acting hydraulic press has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts button centralized control,
which can realize three operation modes: manual, semi-automatic and automatic.
