A: We use Novastar / Colorlight/ Linsn control system. Before delivery, our engineer will well programmed and the end users could have an turn-key led display.

A: Novastar / Colorlight or Linsn.
Q3: Do you have any MOQ limit for Led display order ?
A: No MOQ limit, We welcome sample order to check and test quality.
Q4: What about the lead time ?
A: Our Agular production time is 15-20normal days against advance payment, for huge quantity, please check with our sales manager.
Q5:What aftersales service can provide?
A: We have professional engineers providing 24h online technical support and by email; We also send processional technical person to the scene in customers significant activities.
Q6: How to be our distributor?
A: Please check with our sales manager for details.
Q7:How to maintenance led screen?
A: Check and do maintenace the screen annually. Do clearance the panel surface, check the cables connection, power supply and the controller card. If any led modules or parts fail, you can replace it with our spare parts and send back the fail to do
maintenace.
Q8. How to proceed an order for LED display?
First: Please inform us your Aquirements or application.
Second: We will provide you the corresponding proposal for your approval.
Third: Customer confirms our proposal and agree the trade terms.
Fourth: Customer places deposit for formal order and we arrange the production.

We will provide you with operation manuals and software when you place an order, and we can help you debug Amotely.
