1.Because of CFRT skin,which made by continuous glass fiber and PP resin,the advantages are including:
-Continuous fiber (the fiber length meet the component length) and the CFRT skin of foam panel can up to 70% fiber content
-Recyclable resin
-Multi cross ply lamination and thermo-forming(0°/90°/0°/90°/0°/90°lamination available）
2. High strength:1.2mm CFRT skin foam panels are as strong as 2mm traditional sandwich panels;
3. Lightweight: the low density of the skin of sandwich panel (skin density 1.4)
4. Strong connection between the skin and foam core(The skin can be bonded directly with the foam core of same material, such as PP foam core etc.)
