Mixing ratio based on weight: 100:55.
1. Prepare a clean container for mixing the components.
2. Determine the required amounts of A and B components using a 100:55 weight ratio. To calculate the necessary B component quantity for a specific A component amount, multiply the A component weight by 0.55. For example, 500g of A component multiplied by 0.55 equals 275 g of B component. In total, for 500 grams of A, you need 275 grams of B.
3. Mix the components thoroughly for 3-5 minutes, scraping the material down sides and bottom of mixing container. Additionally you can color the mixture with resin dyes and pigments.
Keep in mind that the working time with this resin after mixing the components in some volumes (for example, more than 200 g) is reduced to 10-15 minutes - after this time the resin will begin to heat up, which means the curing reaction will start. We strongly recommend make castings of large volumes immediately after mixing and coloring.
4. When air bubbles appear on the surface of casting, use a gas torch or anti-bubble spray to eliminate them.
6. Allow the casting/coating to cure for 24-48 hours without touching it.

We recommend sanding and polishing your project only after 5-7 days since casting the resin.

Avoid high humidity or low ambient temperatures.

Ensure that the surface is dry and any dirt, dust and oils removed to achieve optimal bonding. It is furthermore highly recommended to sand the surface (with sandpaper or mechanical preparation).
