Q1: What is the source of our buttons' natural materials?
A: As for coconut buttons, there are two kinds of coconut materials. The first one is our domestic source which we collect it
directly from Hainan province in China. The second one is overseas source which we import from other tropical countries like Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia etc. For Tagua nut, we import all of it from South America countries like Ecuador and Peru.
Q2: Can I order some prototypes of your buttons?
A: Yes, we will send out the samples to you right away if we have stock, you will be charged with sample fee and freight cost, but we will refund the sample fee to you later after receiving your official orders. If we don’t have enough stock for samples you required, the sample preparation time is within 7 days. In addition, please kindly note that freight cost of sample delivery is not
refundable.
Q3: How much is the freight cost?
A: Freight cost is charged by the package’s weight and related to the shipping methods you choose and your destination. We will collect the freight quotes for your reference in advance.
Q4: What about the delivery time for my official order?
A: Usually it depends on the quantity and styles of your orders. Normally, it takes 7-15 working days. We will confirm back exact delivery time after receiving your official orders.

Of course! OEM is always available. Please send us your drawings and specifications.
