Machine parameters and characteristics
LPB-05 purple machine, standard with medium tube, other tube diameters are not optional, air duct: 18-22mm.
Machine fault diagnosis:
(1) Machine cannot turn on, make sure the emergency button is on.
(2) The film is blown out of the air duct during inflation, causes the bag to get stuck and cannot be inflated (key point), A: the air volume is too large; B: the speed is too slow; C:check if the blade position is loose or damaged.
(3) The machine automatically stops after blowing for a while, MTR can be set to 0, the purple machine has its automatic protection system.
(4) Air leakage during inflation, A the bag is not completely sealed; B the mouth of the bag is burnt out; C check if the belt is damaged.
