Q3: Are there any certificates?

A3: Yes, CE & FCC are available for wireless blue tooth speakers. UN38.3 and MSDS reports are required for all the built-in batteries during transporation, which will be provided by our battery supplier.

Q4: What's your MOQ?

A4: Normally, MOQ is 1000pcs/order. However, we would like to support you by starting from the small quantity at the early stage. Different order quantity comes with different unit price for option.

Q5: Can you make customized products?

A5: Of course. 60% of our business is for ODM and 40% is for OEM.For ODM product, we have professional engineering team to help upgrade and finalize the design and provide one-stop solution.

Q6: Can I get a free sample?

A6: Sorry, no free sample. Our product is deverved to be paid at the reasonable price. Business is business and the sample is not the gift. However, we are able to return 1pc sample cost to you during the 1st mass order. The lead time for OEM sample is 5-7 days.

Q7: What's the lead time? Where do you deliver the portable Blue tooth wireless speaker?

A7: For OEM products, the lead time is normally 25-35 days upon MOQ. If inventory is available, 3-5 days upon receipt of the full payment. For ODM products, the lead time is normally 35-45 days. The nearby export port is Yantian port or Shekou port, in Shenzhen, China.

A8: It depends on the order quantity and how to ship.

For sample order, we can arrange for door-to-door shipment via international courier, such as FedEX, DHL, UPS, etc. For mass order, we can arrange for seaway upon 25-35 days (economical and recommended if time permitting) and airway for urgent shipment(7-10 days).
