Defined by their sweeping high peaks and graceful curves, COSCO pole tents are reminiscent of the circus tents of old and bring a feeling of nostalgia to any event.

Our regular pole tent sizes are:

-  40x40ft, 40x60ft, 40x80ft.....expendable by every 20ft.

-  60x60ft, 60x80ft, 60x100ft.....expendable by every 20ft.

-  80 × 60ft, 80 × 90ft,80 × 120ft......expendable by every 30ft

The frame material is dia 63mm aluminium tube, wall thickness is 2.5mm. The joints are made of quality steel with zink-plating. The tops are made of 550gsm (16oz) laminated fabrics, blackout;  the side walls are made of 650gsm PVC coated fabrics. Besides PVC fabric side walls, some high-end choices are available, such as glass walls, glass doors, flooring system, transparent roof covers, gable triangles and side walls are available. Customer’s satisfaction is always our final goal. Window walls, plain walls and accessories available.

• Roof: 850g/sqm double PVC fabrics, black-out;  Sidewalls: 650g/sqm double PVC fabrics, translucent; both are fire retardant, UV resistance, water proof and mould proof, comply to DIN4102 B1; M2; NFPA701; CAN/ULC S-109 etc.
• One-stop inhouse manufacturing, from aluminium ingot smelting, profile extrusion, machining, anodizing, PVC fabric cutting, high-frequency welding, fabrication of hardware parts & accessories. On-site installation training available.
• strictly conducted in accordance with ISO 9001 & TS16949 management system, following documents available: fire retardant test report, wind loading report, structural analysis, installation manual, working instruction, inspection instruction etc.
