1. Application of fruit pulp machine:
This machine is suitable for p recooking malacic stone fruits (mango, peach and apricot), berries (kiwi fruit , strawberry), and drupes (apple, pear). Its characteristic s are : juice , dregs (skins, seeds, nuts) autosegregation.
The machine not only can be combined line production, but also single machine production .
All the material contacted parts are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and h igh quality edible rubber , good corrosion resistance, not contaminate material, ensure food hygiene. The machine only change different specifications of the screen and adjust the scraper blade lead angle, then the different mashing speeds can be changed . The machine have the characteristics simple operation, convenient cleaning, safety and health, can be continuous feeding, widely u sed, i t is an ideal equipment of fruit and vegetable processing .

3. Main structure and working principle of fruit pulp machine :
The machine has two kinds of models single channel, double channel. When used for stone fruits ( such as mango) mashing,choose single channel denucleate beater, only change to denucleate structure rotor and the screen mesh, kernel discarding, shelling, fleshing , the machine can get to next working procedure; I f the machine change to mashing structure rotor , it can peel ing mashing; If you choose double channel denucleate beater,first is denucleate structure, the second is mashing structure, it can realize denucleate (first) , peel ing mashing (second); If used for berries, k ernel fruit mashing, no matter choose single channel ordouble channel, only change the rotor to mashing structure, then it will work .
4. Working principle of fruit pulp machine :
The electric motor drive through a triangular belt, the rotor part rotate in high speed, fruit get into the machine evenly from the feed inlet, the feeding rotary blades screw convey material to mash ing stick, the material will be mashed. Due to centrifugal force, the juice and pulpiness flesh in the material will go into next process through the mesh ofthe sieve , deslagging rotary blades discharge out kernel, husk, seed and pomace from taphole, so the fruit pulps and pomace wilautomaticaly separate.
5. Handling, installation and commissioning
1. T he machine can’t be shock or excessive vibration when load and transport .
2. I t is best to use foot bolts fix the mashing machine during installation, i f ground quality is better, you can use e xpansion screws to fix the machine .
3. After the installation, dirts inside the machine should be remove d , check the spindle rotating flexible, no jam .
4. Add proper machine oil to the bearing seat for bearing lubrication, it ’s same for every shift afterwards.
5. Must check the electric motor r otation d irection is the same as the machine rotating mark when the machine is empty a fter power on .
