Ethylene glycol is a colorless, odorless, sweet liquid with low toxicity to animals. It is miscible with water and ace tone, but has low solubility in ethers. Mainly used to make polyester, polyester, polyester resin, hygroscopic agent, plasticizer,
surfactant, synthetic fiber, cosmetics and explosives, and used as a solvent for dyes, inks, etc., antifreeze for preparing

1. Used for making polyester fiber, polyester resin, dehumidifying agents, plasticizers, surfactants, synthetifibers,

of synthetic resin, PET, or polyester fiber grade PET, bottle grade PET film used to produce mineral water bottles.
3. Can also produce alkyd resins, also used as antifreeze.
