This production line is only used to fill pillows, the fiber filling effect is softer, suitable for home textile industry but not the sofa industry.
●
We adopt the advanced technic PLC CONTROL，only need one person can operate to complete whole producing process：automatic feeding→carding→automatic weighting→ filling.
Its production capacity can be up to 180---200pcs/h pillows.
