LB-GD central high negative pressure smoke purifier
It uses low noisy high negative pressure fan, drive multi-station to purify the dust.
All in one design makes compact structure and covers a small area. The electric system applies PLC automatic control to easyoperation. It uses imported temperature resistance, wear resistance combination suction hose with smooth wall inside, lowering there sistance.
We can choose high pressure suction mask, general suction environment protection welding gun, grinding wheel to capture smoke and dust base on different station.

Bigger particles go down to flue dust retainer in the effect of gravity, tiny floating dusts are floating in the purifier for filtering due to the backset produced by attraction. Tiny dust adsorbed outside of filter cartridge will slide down to flue-dust retainer after gathering and combining in the effect of gravity, clean air will fed back to workshop to give workers a healthy environment.

Working principles:
Under the effect of fan, welding smoke are captured into portable welding fume extractor via extraction arm.First, it will go
through the first fire proof mesh in the air inlet of the smoke purifier, which will separate and intercept big particles and
spark produced by grinding. Then the smoke will go through filtering fender who will intercept the particles and the left spark further, smoke and dusts after filtering will go into the filter cartridge(It uses imported coated polyester material, the
separation rate can be up to 99.9%). Last the clean air will be fed back to the workshop .
