Product Description
Brief Introduction:
HUE INDUSTRY has created many kinds of chrome paint, among many chrome paints, chrome A5 is a kind of hydro chrome paint, a kind of water based silver nitrate based paint set, it includes 5 liquids, K, A1, A2 and B1, B2. these 5 liquids shall be used in one painting process, A1 and A2 are sprayed together with a double nozzles gun onto the end product surface.
Advantage: high shiny
Disadvantage: need double nozzles gun facilities.
Painting procedures.
Dilute liquids with clean water, before spraying, make sure all equipment are ready and keep clean. K liquid shall be diluted 24 hours ahead. A set and B set can be diluted when start to spray.
1. spray K liquid on dry base, then flush with clean water carefully, keep all left K liquid flushed off.
2. spray(A1,A2) + (B1+B2) liquids, then flush with clean water.
note: before spraying, mix A1 and A2 together and put into one container, the other container put B1 and B2 liquid in, so can spray them together onto the end article.
3. use an air-gun blow the surface water off,then bake till dry.
4. can spray topcoat when the chrome surface is dry. The topcoat can add our anti-yellowish candy paint into it, or add other candy paint to make colorful chrome effect.
