Q: What is your minimum quantity order?
A:We don’t have the minimum order quantity, even 1 set is acceptable
Q: Do you provide sample? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we can provide the samples. And all the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: 30%-50% T/T for deposit, balance before loading.
Q: What is your after-sale service?
A: After we deliver the goods, we will send the detailed drawings, installation instructions and packing list to tell you how to install. For any problems during installation, you can contact us at any time.
How to place order?
Step 1: Pls send us the project drawing or advise us the stair/railing dimensions, then we will provide the quote for you.
Step 2: If everything is OK, we will provide detailed shop drawing for customer's confirmation
, you sign it, then arrange deposit.
Step 3: Production. During this, we will take some photos to show to customer.
