1.Application:
Suitable for grinding dry materials into powder (10-120 mesh), mainly used for grain, spices, chemical materials, Chinese herbal , medicine . S uch as rice, corn, wheat, grain seeds, beans, coffee beans,nuts, chili, pepper, salt, sugar, etc.
2.Characteristics:
1. Made of stainless steel 304;the smooth surface of machinery in wall to avoid material deposition and clogging.
2. Fineness of powder: 10-120Mesh, adjustable through changing sieves;
3. Sieve size we have 20/40/60/80/100/120 Mesh, the machine is equipped with one sieve, you can choose as per your needs.
4 .Built-inner motor, lower gravity center, effectively reducing the noise of stainless steel crusher.
5 .Grinding capacity of the stainless steel crusher is higher than the average crusher machine due to enhanced shears.
3 Working Method:
The machine uses the wind wheel type high~speed rotating cutters and the fixed cutters to crush, mill and shear raw material, which is accompanied by strong airflow inside of the chamber to bring out the heat with the finished products through the screen. The size of granules can be achieved by changing of the screen.
