What is your warranty protocol?
We provide one-year warranty for fridge, and three-years warranty for compressor. We provide 1% free spare parts ship together with the fridge for each order.
What is your payment term?
The payment term we accept are: T/T, LC, Trade Assurance. T/T: It should be 30% TT in advance as deposit, then balance should be paid before shipment.
Can you provide sample?
We can provide sample for you. The sample time is 15 days. You can inform me your detail address. I'll check FedEx cost for you.
What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ for regular price is a 20ft container. Also we accept smaller quantity.
