1 How to payment ?

3 What's the logistic method?
Normally, we shipping out the parcels via faster logistic method, by air or by sea via Xiamen city (main country ETA: 10-25 working days), if you would like delivery urgently, pls choose faster express, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex, etc.
4 How much the customs duty(taxes) should I afford?

5 What about the return and refund?
We accept to return products if item not as described, seller pays return shipping;or keep the product & agree refund with seller.
6 Warranty
We are very confident in our products and we check every piece and pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition, but to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issure, we suggest that you check the items once you receive them, and let us know the details if there are any dabaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly. Carbon rims and wheels -- 1 year. Others -- 6 months.
7 What kinds of warranty does not cover?
Normal wear or tear for braking surface/pads/bearings and pawls in the hub and improper assembly or follow up maintenance, damage or failures caused by a crash, impact, abuse of the product, non-compliance with manufactures specifications of usage or any other fractious reasons;When the serial number or production code has been deliberately altered, defaced or removed.
