White Diamond Pearl Dust are 100% Edible product and are ideal for use with gumpaste or rolled fondant. Intended for use in the dry form, they may also be mixed with oil-based flavorings or alcohol for painting and highlighting Diamond Pearl Dust produces deep colors of varying hues with a metallic finish and offers a realistic look when brushed onto fondant/gumpaste, chocolate, pulled sugar/isomalt and more. For deeper colors: mix with alcohol or oil-based media and use as a paint or varnish. Diamond Pearl Dusts render subtle colors with a glossy finish; they can be used alone or mixed with similarly colored matte dusts to add luster without lightening the shade. Not water-soluble.

is an all natural edible food and cake decorating powder that adds sparkle and shine once sprinkled on. They are ideal for use on rolled fondant, gum paste, fondant flowers, plaques & lettering or any baking masterpiece.
Multiple Ways to Use Luster Dust
Brush dry onto dry royal icing, gum paste, fondant, or chocolate
Mix with our flavoring oils, lemon extract or clear alcohol (vodka is recommend), to make a metallic paint and easily applied with a brush
Note: Do NOT mix the luster dust with water as it will result in a clumpy sticky mess
