Q1 What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 10000pcs, but we are happy to accommodate smaller quantities for your trial order. Please let us know how many pieces you need, and we will adjust the cost accordingly. We hope that after checking the quality of our products and experiencing our service, you will consider placing larger orders.
Q2 Can you get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free but be not more than ten pieces.
We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. If
not,you can pay the freight charge to us by Alibaba account or T/T.
Q3 How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.
If you want your own designs, it takes 7-10 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing , etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
Q4 How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15 days for MOQ.We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q5 Can it be customized??
Certainly, we are able to customize the product according to your request.
We are happy to create samples based on your requirements, however there may be a small sampling fee.
Q6 What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is in full or TT 30% deposit after B/L 70%
