PLA Biodegradable Plastic Sheet Extrusion Line
The PLA Biodegradable Box Plate Making Machine Plastic Sheet Extrusion Line, developed by our company since 2012, is dedicated to producing high-foam polylactic acid sheets and can also be used for producing foam boxes and plates. These products are commonly used for food trays, fast food boxes, express delivery packaging, and more.
Feature:
1. PLA foaming products have excellent performance: good strength, uniform cell, smooth surface, high heat resistance (80- 100℃ );
2. The foaming ratio of PLA sheet is 5-15 times, and the secondary foaming is 1.5-1.8 times during the molding and preheating process;
3. PLA foaming products have passed various certifications such as compost degradation and non-toxic inspection in Europe and America;
4. Obtained more than ten patented technologies such as PLA screw, mold, finalization, crystallization treatment, production process technology and so on.
Polylactic acid ( PLA ) is a biodegradable polymer prepared by chemical synthesis from renewable plant resources.
