1. Before use, check whether the jack is in good condition, and the support surface must not be oily or leaking. In order to ensure the normal use of the jack, attention should be paid to keeping the thread width of the jack clean and lubricated.
2. Check the bearing capacity and working stroke height of the jack. It should not exceed its rated load when using it. When carrying the rated load, the height conforms to the working stroke height. Use, the scissor jack is limited by the screw stop.
3. Before lifting, park the vehicle on a level and hard road (the maximum slope should not be greater than 6°, warning: using a jack to lift the vehicle on an out-of-range slope will easily cause the jack to be deformed and unable to be used), and the vehicle should be turned off ( Never use the jack while the engine is on or running, because the vibration of the engine or the turning of the wheels can cause the vehicle to slip off the jack, causing danger).
4. The manual transmission model is put into first gear or reverse gear, and the automatic transmission model is put into the P file to increase the sliding resistance of the vehicle, and the parking brake is applied. Turn on hazard warning lights and set up hazard warning signs.
5. The wheels must be wedged before using the jack (use special tire support pads or hard objects to plug other wheels that do not need to be replaced from the front and rear directions).
6. The support point of the jack can only be supported at the fixed position where the jack is lifted for various models (generally about 20CM behind the front wheel), and the jack cannot be supported on the bumper, beam and other parts.
7. Passengers should not remain in the vehicle while changing the wheels, as their movement may cause the vehicle to slip off the jack.
8. After confirming that the wheel on the diagonal line of the removed tire is effectively blocked, loosen the nut of the wheel to be replaced, but do not unscrew the nut at this time.
9. After the scissor jack is unloaded to a suitable height, place it under the jacking part specified by the car manufacturer and align it. Shake the handle clockwise to connect the jack head with the jacking part. Check whether the contact is safe and reliable. With the body at a right angle, slowly lift the body.
10. Shake the handle to lift the vehicle to a suitable height, unscrew the nut of the wheel, and replace the tire. The air pressure of the new tire is sufficient. If the height is not enough, adjust the height appropriately, but not too high, so that the tire can be installed smoothly just now. For the best, it should not be too high, the higher the stability, the worse the stability. After changing the tire, lightly tighten all the tire fixing nuts by hand. You cannot lock the tire fixing nuts with force. You must lower the jack first, take out the jack, and then tighten the tire fixing nuts.
11. When only the jack supports the vehicle, it is strictly forbidden to place any part of the body under the vehicle. If conditions permit, another safety support should be placed under the vehicle and reach the required height. When placing the safety support, do not allow the body to enter under the vehicle, and the safety support cannot damage the car parts. The spare tire can be placed under the car as a safety support first. When the replaced tire is removed, the replaced tire is placed under the car as a safety support before installing the spare tire. The jack is only suitable for changing the tires of the vehicle, and cannot be used to support the vehicle for a long time. Only one wheel can be lifted at a time.
