1.Introduction of shiitake square bag filling punching machine
The fungus compost punching filling machine is specially for square bags filling, adopts disc volumetric punching and bagging principle, the bag center can be punched with inoculation hole. Final susbtrate bags with flat top, smooth surfact , uniform length and tightness. Widely applicable to many different fungus, such as oyster mushroom, shiitake, enoki mushroom, morel, etc.
This fungus compost punching filling machine can be equipped with a substrate mixer, conveyor, and a conveyor for finished bags to form a fully automatic production line, greatly improves work efficiency and reduces labor costs.

3.Features of shiitake square bag filling punching machine
Low-punching mushroom substrate bagging machine is suitable for final valid bag height 15-20cm, such as bag cultivation strains, enoki mushroom, eryngii mushroom, black fungus, etc.
Middle-puching mushroom substrate bagging machine is suitable for final valid bag height 28-32cm, such as oyster mushrooms and fungus.
High-puching mushroom substrate bagging machine is suitable for final valid bag height of 38-42cm, such as shiitake mushrooms.
Note: For the medium composed of straw, the single-punch bagging machine is workable; for harder culture medium such as bagasse and corn cob, the double-punch bagging machine is more suitable, because it needs to be punched twice to achieve compact and tight bag packaging effect.
