The structure of
section flighting screw machine
This parts is as main power of whole line, motor 11kw (7.5kw) (This machinery has two types, different types has different motor power) to drive hydraulic pump for position selector valve and pressure regulating valve.
(2)Pressing and sliding block
This parts is made of sliding block and support guide rail. The hydraulic cylinder drives sliding block reciprocating moving, then drive mould to work on the steel plate. There is a route control button to control this block. The block route length will change screw's pitch.
(3)Mould
The mould is the central parts of extruder. One set mould could produce multitudinous standard screws, just needs to adjust screw height and sliding block route. The materials of mould are high hardness alloy steel, and this has long life time.
(4)Electric control system
The control system is connected with oil pump. The control way is foot step type button, one is for forward moving, and the other one is backwards moving.
