1. The seller provides lifelong maintenance.
2. The seller provides free software upgrade services to the buyer.
3. The seller shall provide a one-year warranty for the entire instrument sold under this contract, except for damages caused
by abnormal usages as follows:
4. a) Instrument is impacted by great force;
5. b) Detector is broken;
6. c) Water comes into the instrument;
7. d) Instrument body is broken;
8. e) Loss of accessories;
9. f) Loss of components;
10. g) Sharp objects pierce or damage the probe window；
11. h) Chemical substances contaminate the instrument;
12. i) Unauthorized disassembly of the instrument or handing them over to non-original manufacturers for repair.
13. If the instrument needs to be returned or exchanged, the buyer shall bear the transportation cost.
14. During the warranty period, the seller shall provide efficient technical services. Upon receiving user fault information,
the seller shall respond within 12 hours and arrange online remote guidance within 24 hours.
