Highly integrated, enhancing unit volume energy density
The high integration includes comprehensive and
highly reliable active safety features, such as
integrated
harnesses, aluminum bars, temperature
sensors, as well as all-around features like internal
pressure, explosion-proof valves, electrolyte detection,
and BMS acquisition boards in the battery pack.
This results in a space savings of 5% – 10%.
2. Increased insulation resistance reduces the risk of accidents
The insulation resistance between adjacent aluminum
bars and between aluminum bars and temperature
sensors meets the 2000V insulation resistance standard. The insulation resistance between aluminum bars and PC modules meets the 6000V insulation resistance standard. This significantly reduces the risk of accidents caused by traditional harness insulation aging, breakage, and short circuits.
